First, I must point out, mostly humorously, that the clovers that are lucky have four leaves, not three. But that isn't really either here or there. For the desired effect, the position of the clover is good, but perhaps, it being a little to on side or the other would improve the picture slightly.
I, personally do not like the cloud-cover, its patterns seeming to mundane, however, as that is something that isn't controlled directly by anyone, I cannot really fault you for that.
On the great side, the angles of the leaves and the way that the hand is holding it give an almost reverent feel, as if the holder of the clover, which I assume to be you, is worshiping the luck that it represents.
